The same evening, walking back. The first frame is a window I almost passed: the harbor and the Christianshavn rooftops reflected across the glass, and behind it a wall of black-and-white portraits. For a second the two sat in the same plane, the city laid over the faces. I waited for a gap in the people on the quay and took it.

Nyhavn after that, because you do. The light was along the fronts by then, the boats in, the canal busy. It is photographed to death and still worth standing in front of when the evening is doing this.
