Three interiors, all about light arriving indirectly.
The first is a courtyard reached through a gateway off the street. From inside the passage the yard reads almost like a stage, the ochre wall holding the morning sun while the tunnel stays dark. You get one frame before your eyes adjust and the contrast flattens out.
The Round Tower is a ramp rather than a staircase, built wide and gentle so a horse and cart could climb it. Walking up, the light comes from arched windows in the outer wall and the whitewash carries it around the curve. The Glyptotek's Winter Garden closes the set: a glass dome over the palms, warm even on a grey morning.
